We recommending  sending us Custom orders at least 1 week (7 days) ahead of time, 2 weeks (14 days) for large orders. We will respond with a quote and any further questions within 12 hours.

 

Update, August 2015: After a trend of completely booking an entire month ahead of time for several months, we now are booked up to two months ahead of time. Wow, thanks everyone! So the best thing to do is just check our Availability Calendar and plan accordingly. If it says we're booked and you want to order something regular and non-customized (a dozen cupcakes, for example...not three dozen cake pops that look like Minions), check with us anyway and maybe there's a chance we can squeeze you in. =)
